Building possible outcome scenarios or measuring outcome’s sensitivity to changes in a given assumption has become a stable feature in the current day decision making. This particular lab deals with its specific applications to productions and operations management.

At the end of the following  Labs, students gain mastery over how to build scenarios and measure sensitivity using Microsoft Excel.
