Recruitment Analytics (HR Analytics) labs equips students with a number of tools and techniques used to make decision on Recruitment (HR Analytics). They include Applicants & Selection Ratios; Yield, Acceptance & Attrition, and Sourcing Channel Effectiveness, Cash Budgeting, Break-Even & Operating Leverage.
Objective of this module is to cover both HR concepts and Microsoft Excel. It covers how to analyize & present recruitment data using Microsoft Excel.
